The Ï㽶´«Ã½ OUC acts as general counsel to the University. Its attorneys are the chief legal advisors to the University, the President, and the Board of Trustees. The OUC directs the provision of all legal services for Ï㽶´«Ã½, consults with expert attorneys in specialized areas, and coordinates litigation.

Facilities Maintenance and Operations resolves maintenance issues and meets the needs of the campus community. Urgent requests (ex. safety related issues, loss of power, food prep equipment, living and working conditions) are responded to as quickly as possible.

Operations & Maintenance ensures optimal building systems & utilities for campus living, learning, and teaching.
